With PAS68/IWA14 tested solutions from PSSA-associated companies and accredited assessments from Registered Chartered Security Professionals we successfully protect people.

Thanks to our strategic partnerships with multiple leading manufacturers, we provide venues, event organisers and those responsible for the public realm with a wide variety of permanent, semi-permanent and temporary HVM solutions and perimeter protection. Our holistic approach includes assessing the threats, vulnerabilities and risk of every location, and production of a vehicle dynamic assessment, along with an operational requirement document. We then recommend the right product or combination of products, provide as-installed drawings, supply, install and deploy the solution, service and maintain it, and de-rig it when it is no longer required. That’s why the events industry and local authorities trust us to keep people safer.

Andy Ferris

Installation Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing deployment of all Crowdguard’s HVM, barriers, fencing and hoarding systems, along with our installation teams, Andy has a varied role that underpins the company’s reliability, service delivery and quality assurance.

Andy attends site visits to discuss customers’ safety and security requirements on site and understand the locations for the installation. His remit also involves drawing up the kit list for each project and developing the RAMS for the installation. He is responsible for arranging transport to site, ensuring that we have the right trained and experience teams and well-maintained kit in the right place, at the right time.

Andy’s role includes cleaning, maintaining and repairing all equipment and checking that every asset is in good order before it leaves for deployment and when it returns to the Crowdguard yard.
