Andy manages the £3.5million worth of HVM assets owned and deployed by Crowdguard yard. From the initial site visit—where he meets clients to understand their safety and security requirements—to the final hand-shake at de-rig, Andy is in control of the entire journey of our HVM assets.
Site intelligence: He surveys locations, confirms installation footprints and translates real-world conditions into precise kit lists and RAMS
Logistical mastery: Andy arranges transport, schedules trained teams and ensures well-maintained assets arrive on time and ready for action.
On-site leadership: Once on the ground, he directs the installation crew, guaranteeing every system is built to spec, meets Crowdguard’s strict quality benchmarks and aligns with PSSA guidelines.
Quality from start to finish: After the event, Andy manages de-rig operations, leaving sites neat, tidy and client-ready, before overseeing thorough cleaning, maintenance and repair of all equipment back at base.
