How It Works

Unlike traditional barriers, the H-STOP® is designed to tip on impact, disrupting a vehicle’s forward motion by changing its trajectory from horizontal to vertical. As the barrier tips, it creates a friction interface between the vehicle and the H-STOP®, which adheres firmly to the ground. This interaction slows and halts the vehicle, helping to neutralise the threat effectively, without requiring fixed installations or anchors

The barrier’s unique mobility, combined with lockable wheels and certified performance, allows rapid deployment and repositioning
