Operations Manager
Jack Newby is a key figure within Crowdguard’s operations team and has recently been promoted to Operations Manager, recognising the hard work, loyalty and commitment he has shown throughout his time with the business. Having originally joined Crowdguard as an Installation Technician, Jack has built valuable hands-on knowledge and experience across our operational work, progressing through the business and consistently demonstrating a practical approach, a willingness to step up and a genuine commitment to helping the team deliver safely and professionally.
In his role as Operations Manager, Jack takes responsibility for Crowdguard’s day-to-day operational delivery. This includes planning and coordinating jobs, managing resources and supporting the operations team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and professionally. He also plays an important role in maintaining the high health and safety, quality and operational standards that underpin Crowdguard’s Plan · Provide · Protect approach.
Jack’s extensive practical experience gives him a strong understanding of what successful delivery looks like on site. From coordinating resources and supporting project planning through to overseeing installations and maintaining quality standards, he brings a calm, capable and solutions-focused approach to the operational challenges that come with delivering HVM projects across the UK.
