Cameron Ainscough
General Manager
Cameron Ainscough plays a key role in Crowdguard’s continued growth and development, bringing valuable project management experience and a strong understanding of the operational and commercial demands of delivering specialist HVM projects. Having worked extensively across the business, including in the delivery of complex semi-permanent HVM projects such as at the Natural History Museum, Cameron combines practical project experience with a clear understanding of how our teams, systems and processes need to work together.
As General Manager, Cam is responsible for helping connect the different areas of Crowdguard and ensuring the business has the structure, systems and visibility needed to support its continued growth. Working closely with teams across operations, projects, sales and the wider business, his focus is on creating greater consistency, clearer communication and stronger collaboration from initial planning through to delivery.
A key part of Cameron’s role is leading the implementation and development of new operational systems and technology. These investments are designed to help Crowdguard work smarter, plan further ahead and improve visibility across projects, people and equipment, ensuring our teams have the information and resources they need to continue delivering the reliable, professional service our customers and partners expect.
